想问一下，一年的agreement到期后，以后住的是month by month,那insurance也得pay吗？是pay一整年的吗,thx

合同到期后一般都是MONTH BY MONTH

INSURANCE强烈建议买，不过和MINTO没关系

管意外时的个人财产。不过有些exception,据个例子，安省的情况我不太清楚。洛杉矶那里所有的保险公司不保地震的。

看你的policy而定。仔细阅读policy，就知道管什么了
