要在线登记后再填写一些信息，这是否这意味着没什么戏了，只是替他们把个人资料录入到数据库里? 它的网站好象有问题，我试着注册了两次都不行，真不知他们搞什么名堂。

In Canada, normally employers wouldn't give out email even if you don't meet the requirement. For those big companies in Canada, they use pre-selection software to delete those resumes that don't contain any prescribed key words. But in Australia, they email you even if u don't get the job. They'll call u if u get the interview.
