I like spring much more than summer, everything turns green and fresh! I went to Calborne town to catch the apple blossom last weekend. There are lots apple trees along the highway 2. Actually, that county are well-known as its apple product. They started planting apple since early 19 century. Nowaday, they imported variety apple tree. I went there last heavest season and tasted different kinds of apple. For sure, I am oriental, still like apple originally from Korea.

I stopped by a family operated flower store. It does have lots of apple trees behind. After I came out from the farm, I saw couples pairs aminals beside the store. pair of sheep, alpaca, dogs, cats! those pictures were the casual shot at that moment. I could not stop laughing when those animal staring at me. They watched the strange person breaking into their life. I could not catch the cats, because I could hardly get close and they move so fast. I believe even one of the cats was pregnant. That's a very pleasent trip.

Good point about white balance. So what do you guy do when shoot indoor under tricky lighting ? Custom white balance (e.g., use a coffee filter) ?

bouncing flash or grey card.

BTW, suggest Galaxy for grey card, they have a 20$ grey card.

No I did not use manual focus. A bit erratic auto-focus of this lens under dim light. I have many out of focus shots but if it focus, it's deadly sharp. Wonder whether 50/1.4 is better in that aspect.

same thing happens to my 10D+50/1.8, they say 1.4 is better, but that's "they say"
