[求助]一个可能较难回答的问题

我正想买房,比较方便的那个区里有几栋很密集的 U 字型TOWNHOME,这些房与一般的TOWNHOME看起来不太一样,不是每四家或三家一栋,而是全部连成一个U 环.
我很想知道这些房是不是 REFUGEE 或 SUBSIDIED 房. 不知那里可查到资料?

Just my guess, you can probably contact the city to find out locations of government-subsidized housings.

In your case, you'd better have a buyer's agent to help you...

Agents know more than you and me..the history of the neighbourhood, structure problems of the community...

They have a circle and people in that circle share the information...

Thank you for your information. I have just confirmed that it is a subsidiary community.

I have a buyer agent but my agent did not know that.

I just drove to that building and talked to the people living there.It is a new community and looks like it is still expanding.

S/he should know that; or s/he didnot put enough effort to help you find the related information...hire a new one!

There are some city subsidiary housing projects around for low-income families (your total income needs to be lower than certain value to qualify_...I was told the family owns number of "units" rather than the house...don't know how they re-sell them though...
