It was 315000.

I feel the house 605621 is some how of squish on the main floor. It's not so comfortable that the driveway sits on another crescent. I refer this one:

In brildewood the houses in W.O.Mithchell boundary will get highest price. Many people move to brildewood becasue of that school and move out after the children grow up. by the way, the school boundary will change after september.So check first before you buy the house.
