Big 3 1/2. It's on the 2nd floor of a 3-story apartment building.
Hardwood floor. There is a balcony. There are many
grocery stores nearby, including Loblaws that is 10
minutes walk away, SuperC, Provigo. Bus 90 is 3
minutes walk away. If you takebus 90 and then switch
to 144, you'll be able to get to McGill campus in half
an hour. You can also reach Metro station Vendome that
is 5 bus stops by bus 90 or 104. If you are a Concordia student then it's a perfect location because it's just 2 minutes walk from Concave where the shuttle buses stop between Loyola and downtown campus, which means that the shuttle bus will take you either to downtown in 10-15 minutes or to Loyola in 3 minutes. Janitors keep the building very clean. There is also parking plot and laundry facility in the basement.
