2. If the school does not solve the problem, then we will have to call the police and let the court take care of him. He invaded my rights and I am being threaten for my safety. We dont feel that the school protect us.

2。如果学校解决不了问题，我们要报警，向法院起诉他，侵犯我人权，威胁我安全，现在我们感到在学校人身安全得不到保证，请问学校怎样才能得到保证？
