Close the vents on basement ceiling, also close those in rooms that you don't normally use. Also consider getting a ceiling fan.

我那个fan只有高档和低档，没有关掉的选项啊？我回家看看说明书。

前些天开空调，地下室冷得不敢 呆，一 楼刚刚好，可是楼上还是闷热。后来把窗子都打开，反而感觉凉快些。不知怎么搞的？
