减肥是一个长期的过程,它和生活方式和饮食结构有直接的关系.
比如说,生活没有规律,常常吃饭时间不固定,暴饮暴食.很容易造成发胖.
还有,就是食物的选择和搭配,尽量少吃肉类.多吃蔬菜和水果.每顿饭要吃的刚刚好,不易过饱.
至于运动,我也是很懒滴.有一些就好,如果没有的话,以上几点该可以让你们减下一些肥肥肉.
不信可以试试看~~

可是我那嘴。。。太难控制住了，一般节食三天就会控制不住了！！！所以吃代餐，这样比较好味道，不是干饿，好坚持很多了！

可是我那嘴。。。太难控制住了，一般节食三天就会控制不住了！！！所以吃代餐，这样比较好味道，不是干饿，好坚持很多了！

代餐和奶油巧克力BAR的道理是一样的,你也可以选择LOW FAT那种和SUGER FREE的,起到的效果是一样的.含有CREAM的食物可以减到1%-LOW FAT.还有吃零食时,别忘看它的卡路里含量.
还有就是减肥尽量放在心上,不用强求去做使劲坚持,这样反而自己有了压力,还没有效果.平常多注意细节就好.^^

HOW COME NE???i tried it almost 2 months, i've already lost 10lbs, and my size of waist, thighs, and back changes a lot....i see the difference obviously...so i say it is great...since i tried many things for slimming b4...all useless...

btw,where did u buy it ar???u can contact them if u didnt see any result...they should follow up ur personal case tho...da e-store where i bought from does that kinda service...very nice tho...then i can change my way immediately to get the better result...u can also try if u still wanna loss weight thoGood Luck

但是你的问题我估计帮不到你了, 不知道你有没有听说过的'被害妄想症',你可以去找找看心理的CLINIC,应该对有帮助的哈!!!

This product is a piece of shit, that's all

我的观点一直是不赞同吃减肥药减肥的.明白~~
