Just restore my computer, finally find there no sound when I play CD or DVD. What is going on? My computer is laptop. Thanks!

买机器的时候应该给你,如果没有,就查机器的牌子和型号,到公司的网上下载

....if its a labtop it should come with a installation cd other than the XP disk
that contains the driver for your sound card, graphic card, USB etc. put that in and install it.

以前机器是XP HOME， 现在是PROFESSIONAL ，那机器原来的INSTALLATION CD 还可以用吗，急死了
