I have a road incident today. When my car is on the left turn lane, it is jammed with another car, which caused one or two minor scratches on the rear side of the car. After wiping off some dust and paint dropped from my car, there are still one or two almost invisible marks left on the other car. Therefore the owner asked for compensation and he has written down my insurance policy number. I wouldn't deny my responsibility, but I would rather to have some information in advance just in case the other side asked for an unreasonable price. Could anybody give some advice on the price range and how to deal with this situation? Thanks a lot.
