Yes everybody should pay! These people rely on tips to live. Several years ago my friend was delivering pizza. He only gets $3 per hour from the restaurant, so the tip is his main source of income.

pizza pizza charge2.5 for delivery, but the driver can not get a penny out of it. I used to deliver pizza, some ppl got confused about the deliver charge,so they don't give tips. normally,driver gor paid 6/hour+tips. So,please be kind.

Delivery fee is paid for the service what a delivery person provides. Why should the store keep it? Food buyer should not cover this kind of loss. This is a delivery person's right to get it from the store.

If a food buyer appreciates the delivery service provided by a delivery person, it is quite generous for him to tip the delivery person.

我老老实实的付小费了。主要第一次在pizza pizza叫外卖。我看到他们网上写着delivey fee所以我就想是不是tips就打进去了。

That fee is to cover $6/hour paid to the driver. Just think if you are the driver, if you don't pay tips, then don't complain you get paid little when you have a job.
