每个新移民可带几个随飞机托运行李箱子? I was told 3 luggages from China to Vacouver, but Vacouver to Ottawa only 2 luggages allowed. In case, is it only 2 luggages from China to Ottawa? for new immigrants only? thanks

原来规定是一个人两个,有时候加航会有特别的政策, 比如两口子可以带5个. 你订机票的时候问清楚一点, 免得上飞机的时候麻烦.

if u r new, u can take the same stuff(3 from C to V) from V to T,
just tell them in airport
