Anyone here can make a conclusion - 楼主该走不走, 她的责任? Her action might be a little slow but not wrong. Like an elder passes the street, maybe he is too slow to finish the crossing before "Hand" signal becomes "Flashing" one. You can't blame him and he has nothing wrong. He has to finish that road.

Anyway, I think the discussing on this topic is really nice and helpful. I still encourage the driver to discuss this case with the examination office.

今天在多市考G,在一个十字路口专门左转线上绿灯等待左转, 一直等到黄灯, 但有一辆车还在驶向路口,距离很近,虽然它的速度有所变慢,但我还是不敢100%肯定它是否会冲黄灯,我只是等了一下(应该是黄灯刚转红灯),其实等我完成左转弯, 我左边的车还没有动,我相信我没有做错.但这个该死的考官在我准备左转的时候就大声吼叫,说我为什么不左弯,我当时就顶了他,我说我要MAKE SURE 对面的车停下来我才能转弯,他说他已经看见那车已经慢下来,最后这个是我的主要原因FAIL了.回到OFFICE,越想越不对劲, 我的同事们叫我去告那个考官.
大家帮我想办法,如何去告他?那条途径最有效?我在网上查到给MINSTER OF TRANSPORTATION的EMAIL 地址,但我想这一定是他的秘书收的,还不知道会转到哪里.

你FAIL的原因也可能是当面顶那考官

确实是错, 不可混淆的. 楼主是停着等到对面车停, 不是动作慢, 而是对规则的误解.

其实关键是TESTER不认可楼主给出错误的答案.

是这样，在左转，车不能进入路口当中停着等待， ---fail.dangerous action.

车应该停在线内，或出一点车头停住，且方向盘打直，左转灯，等待。
如果变黄红灯，应该快左转，或者不动， 等下一次，

而 too slow, 或者走在路口当中又停着等待，
以后又顶嘴，很容易被fail.
