A private bright room is to sublet, located in the main floor of a townhouse near southkey, close to Carelton University, starting from August 1. The rent includes the cable internet, local telphone, heat, hydro, water and gas, and is paid on month to month basis (one full month moving notice is required). The room contains some simple furniture such as a single bed, closet, a table and chairs. You need to share the kitchen and bathroom with other students.
Since I will be away, if you decide to take this offer this weekend, I will reduce $30 for the month of August, and you may move in after July 25.
