[问题] 是不是办理父母移民以后，不能申请父母探亲了

This is it, a simple logic. Why do you have your parents here for a visit first, and then sponsor them for immigration after that?

So that means I can apply immigration for my parents while they're visting me here?
ie. Apply visiting visa first->Parents come to Canada->Stay for couples of months->If they like Canada->Apply for immig. (If no, then don't even bother to apply immig. for them)

请问，现在申请父母移民的审批真要等上10年吗？！

Anybody knows the difference between "Temporary Resident Visa-single entry", "Temporary Resident Visa-multiple entry", and "Temporary Resident Visa-Family Rate"?
