I remember they charge about $40 (should be more for international student $80? ) if you pay separately.

Q: Do I have to pay for both terms at the same time?
A: In the regular academic session (fall/winter), you can elect to pay per term; however, your account will be charged EPC at the end of every month that you have any outstanding fees. You will also be subject to the late charge if your payments are not received on time.

The Extended Payment Charge (EPC)

The EPC is an interest-like charge that accrues on unpaid student account balances. It is calculated and applied to an individual's account on the last working day of each month in which the student is currently registered . It is assessed at a rate of 5% per annum. The EPC continues to accrue on a student's account at the end of every month until the account balance is cleared or until the academic session ends.

Note: If you plan to pay your fees in two installments, be aware that the EPC will accrue on the deferred portion of your account balance.
