持中加护照，回国时可否不用签证?

我持加拿大护照，但我的中国护照还未过期，回国时可否不用签证？ （用中护照进，加护照出）。 会有什么后果吗？ 谢谢。

你加入加籍之后，自动失去中国公民身份，所以，你的中国护照虽然还没有过期，但已经是无效护照。即使入境时侥幸没被发现（使用无效护照已经违法），但出境时，你使用的加国护照没有中国签证和入境纪录，可能会遇到不可预知的麻烦。不过，最坏的情况也就是罚款，进局子，然后驱逐出境，并进入中国进出境管理局的黑名单而已。以后不再去中国就是了。

No, you can't. You have to apply for a visa to enter China in Canada.

Thanks, But some foreigners could apply for a landing visa upon arrival at an airport in S'hai. I received foreign businessmen before like that. Don't know why.

You'd better apply a visa ahead of your travel.

入了加籍，你就按外国人入境办理。是可以办落地签证的，但是不适合因私访华人士。

去中国大使馆办个签证，很简单的事情，别把事情复杂化。

还真在回国时候见过一个:
在Ottawa机场上飞机回国,一国人PhD,口若悬河.聊起来才明白原来入了加拿大国籍回中国要签证.
门都关了,又下去,还要把行李取出来.飞机晚1小时多.晕吧

好像在香港可以办落地签证的。

另外，去中国大使馆办个签证，过两天可取。若加急，当天就可取。

那为什么中国人去香港要通行证？

１）加对持香港护照的人有特殊的签证规定，是９７后搞的。加拿大人去香港是不用签证的，是沿用过去港英政府的规定。

２）中国人去香港要通行证，是中国政府的规定。去深圳还要边防证呢。
