持中加护照，回国时可否不用签证?

还真在回国时候见过一个:
在Ottawa机场上飞机回国,一国人PhD,口若悬河.聊起来才明白原来入了加拿大国籍回中国要签证.
门都关了,又下去,还要把行李取出来.飞机晚1小时多.晕吧

只能说，尽管他是个ＰＨＤ，也是ＳＢ。

１）加对持香港护照的人有特殊的签证规定，是９７后搞的。加拿大人去香港是不用签证的，是沿用过去港英政府的规定。

２）中国人去香港要通行证，是中国政府的规定。去深圳还要边防证呢。
