我说哥们，听我的，千万别沾上这个瘾－－任你有多少闲功夫都不够用，这还不算买东西花的钱。到后来，根本不是喜欢看电视，纯粹是喜欢找卫星。

。。。

我现在就是有闲功夫，得给自己找点事，lp现在已经限制我去homedepot的次数了，买工具也要提前打招呼了 。。。

听起来像是 95w 上的 cctv4 也要被加密了？:blink:

刚到lyngsat上查了一下，９５Ｗ是Galaxy 3C。我觉得它不会加密。这个星覆盖全北美，频道是ＣＣＴＶ拿着国家的钱租的，目的就是宣传。想加密？北美广大爱国华侨一闹，凤凰卫视这买卖准黄。

９７Ｗ是原来的telsat 5，Ｌ…的台也在上面。您想，新唐人免费，这CCTV能收费吗？

因休假，没看到班主的贴，97W和95W因只差两度，很好调，只要先调到95再向西移一度左右就行了，反之亦然，因97W上的“台湾宏观”信号覆盖的问题(或因为弱)很难调出来，要有耐心。如果只看97W上的NTD，及95W上的CCTV4，就很容易调。如我的实践，60CM的锅也豪无问题，不必太在意锅的大小，到是要在意LNB的信噪比，调不出，除了经验还可能是LNB的质量问题。
BTW， N2已经有解，并非牢不可破。

谢啦！几年前就洗手不玩了，怕上瘾。有个ＣＣＴＶ４给老人解闷就行啦。

你说得挺对，我的ＬＮＢ还是九年前收模拟信号时候买的，只有靠大锅来提高增益啦！即便是３６?大锅，赶上下大雪的时候，还会丢画面。

还有那什么，Ｎ２也给破了？这是几个月前才正式用上的东西呀！当初号还称固若金汤呢。

I've got quite a few qqhs with regard to satallite systems, I would like to answer them here in one go. Sorry if I didnot reply to your qqh

The best deal (apart from eBay) I could get in town is from mindcanada.ca (recommeded by 基础墙 ban zhu :thanks:. You can also find thier ad in the Monitor (free computer magazine)...The price for a whole system is $175, which includes one 30 inch dish, one LNB and one receiver. The receiver is a "dao ban" Pansat (uisng Pansat firmware I think) called Telesat something..you can pay 20 dollars more to update the dish to 36 inch...anyhow, the whole system is less than $200 with 36 inch dish...

The boss told me the installation and adjusting the signal afterwards started from $100 depending on how hard to install it.. I will DIY, so I don't care much about this ...

I also checked with L-Tronix Ltd suggested by nobrain :thanks: , they have varity of receivers (e..g., from digiwave to coolsat), the price is also reasonable, but I just hate the attitude of the boss there at Eagleson store..maybe guys in Meriavale store better...

Anyhow, that's all the info I got..sillybear told me 121w satallite has been decoded recently , that means we have 20 something Chinese channels to watch, you guys can qqh him to ask the detail. He is such a nice guy :thanks:

yellow cards on ebay sell like crazy now. At $500 a piece, I wouldn't call that a "crack" but a cash cow. BTW, dish hasn't completely migrated to N2 yet, so expect a future fix for this "crack".

You will need a JTAG to DIY.
