I do not think Claridge is same as Richcraft.

Claridge有个户型Thames 和Richcrafe的一个户型Manhattan几乎一抹一样。
有机会比较一下就知道不是一个档次的，虽然都是sub-contractor干的活。

all the builders are the same, your house's quality depend on the site super and the sub-contractors. sub-contracts work for every builder. difference between good and bad builder is the after sales service. avoid builders with bad customer service, or in bad shape in their own financial situation.

I know both models very well:
The internal of Thames looks better than Manhattan. This is for sure.
Thames is also bigger and cheaper. If Manhattan uses better material(I don't think so), than the buyers must have paid higher price for both the material and the name of Richcraft.
Lots of Thames and Manhattan are built side by side in the same community, that means they are more or less the same because it's common sense that high-end house doesn't sit right beside low-end house.
I voted for Tartan. I really like their design. Whitney and Royal Edward are my favorite. The only thing is that Tartan doesn't have as many sites as Richcraft.

I judge the two builders by their houses not by the relationships of the owners.
