Just go to supermarket (loblaw. loeb), go to the sugar and salt section..
There maybe only 2 brands...any one of them is good.
Better to do the scrubing during shower, when your back is wet.
Be sure to do that gently.
Also work on face when you have pimples/deadskin.
I also use Shiseido Pureness Face Cleansing foam to clean my back and the oil is gone.
Using salt is a traditional chinese method to clean the skin/kill bacteria.
You will feel the smoothness right after that.
