It is square yard or cubic yards? What you try to do, Topdress lawn or level the ground?

oOps! I mean cubic yards. that is just for topdress lawn, thanks.

Do you really need 20 cubic yards to topdress lawn? You must have very big lot. I only can use like 1or 2 cubic yards max for mine.

20 cubic yard = 540 cubic foot
if you lay them with 1 foot deep (more than enough for the lawn), it will cover 540 sqft of your lot, which is about 70 x70 ft, god, what a big lot you have.

I don't have such big lot, I will share the topsoil with my neighbor.

70x70=540????

It's about 22x25 ft!!! Duh.
