Minto 和 Richcraft 比较

最近看上两套房子， 一个是Minto的，一个是Richcraft 的。听一些人说Minto 好，又有些人说Richcraft 好。到底他们好又好在哪里，差又差在哪里了呢? 都说minto upgrade 特贵的。真下不了决定阿。

请大家讨论指教一下。 谢过! :thanks:

现在比较下来好像是这样的，便宜一点。但是Minto quality 怎么样，听有人说他们的没有Richcraft 好。我就怕买了1，2年后房子出问题了。

Just my 2 cents.

I believe Richcraft is better. Minto is just trying to fool people using the model home including a huge amount of upgrade. When you get your house is delivered, you will be surprise how it looks like.

But the model home from Richcraft is very close the house they delivery.

I am living in Minto apartment now, and I planed to buy a house from Minto since the price and reward I got from living in Minto apartment.

But after checked the house built by minto, I changed my mind. I just bought new house from Richcraft.

Minto的用料没有Richcraft的好，Minto建造用粉红色的…… ， 至少Richcraft 用的是木板。

Same money you can buy a bigger Minto without upgrades.
Minto home usually has very good design.
Perhaps the best way is buy a bigger good design Minto home with little upgrades, only take the structure upgrades. After you move in, upgrades it over the time. When you need to replace carpet, change it to hardwood floor. When you need to change the vinyl change it to tile..... You will have better, bigger house in the end.

Minto build the big house on SMALL lot. This is why minto does not mention the lot size for their house. The height of basement in Minto house is also less than that in Richcraft.

Compare the same size of house between Minto and Richcraft, Richcraft is just around $20,000 more, but Richcraft has has a big lot, and a lot nice feature.

I recommand people to buy new house from Richcraft.

It's not true. Richcraft doesn't have a bigger lot. It's just a bit longer compared with MINTO's lot, while MINTO's lot is much wider.
