关于第二学位的问题

我计划申请第二学位，想读CS，原来的专业是EE，是国内大学的，不知道申请第二学位的时候，用不用写个Statement for Second Degree之类的东西。

再有，是不是在申请的时候就把原来的课程描述交了，然后写个什么要求转学分的申请呀？

主要是这两个问题，其他的还没有想起来，如果哪位前辈有这方面的经验，请告知在下，提前谢了！！！

For a second degree, I think you will just need to follow the same application procedure as for a normal undergraduate degree. Once you're enrolled in CS, you can vist the academic advisor in your department (CS) and give her the course description of your previous courses in EE from China. She will decide how many credits you can transfer from the previous degree. Though for a change in field, only a few first year credits are transferable as all the first year classes in the faculty of engineering are pretty similiar.
