There are drivers who don't show up, or riders who don't show up, so this is just another isolated incident I hope. Some people are more reliable, some are not. But I think that the majority of people on this board are good, honest, and reliable people.

On this board, the purpose is to provide a convenience to drivers and riders. The rest of the business is between the drivers and riders. Misunderstandings and screw-ups bound to happen. If they happened, just take it as a lesson learned. Don't take it so personally.
