and how do u pre-order?? do u just go to the counter and ask?

Yeah just before the GWP starts I went to the counter and asked for a pre-order, sometimes they give you something extra (like a lip gloss) if you do pre-order. This time they didn't give me anything but entered me in a draw. Anyway I am really surprised because I've never won anything before.

Pre-order is not because they are out of stock, it's when you want to get the GWP so you pay for the item(s) ahead of time but pick it up on the day of the GWP.
