I don't think my name is very popular one. and i have never did anything illegal...............I really want to know why.

I thought they might as well choose some to take the fingerprint for security purposes. ...... I hate Ben Laden. If it were not for him, CIC would not bother to do the fingerprint.

打电话去问说是background check may take up to 12 months

what do they do when checking the background? calling our previous neighbours in Canada, or calling the police in China? or our previous employers?................. really curious about it..
