一直以为小车不能坐多于seatbelt数的人，看来不对。
周六一位太太开着大吉普，有4，5个孩子在车上，不幸在进417时翻车，导致一个坐truck附近没有系保险带的男孩死亡。
警察叔叔这么解释：
the law requires only that all passengers in a seated position wear a seatbelt and no one shares a belt, so it is not against the law to carry more passengers than there are seatbelts as long as all seatbelts in the vehicle are use.
BTW，他们这么坐倒真的违法了。
