several things that you need to do:
1. be pateint, call the Bell customer service and ask them to solve the problem. If what you say here is true, there is no way that you should pay the ridiculous rate.
2. when you call the customer service, try to stress the following points: (a) you called several time to solve this issue, but this is not working; (b) if the person who answers your call cannot solve this, you are ready to talk to his/her manager. (c) you will not go away without a fight, and if you are really angary, ask the conversation to tbe recorded. (d) at the end of conversation, ask when and what they will do to solve this, and make sure you have that person's name; indicate you will call again if the matter is still not solved within the time frame you are promised. 3. no matter who you are dealing with on the phone, make sure you take down this person's FULL NAME, and ask for a reference # to indicate that this conversation really happened; this reference # will help you when you call in again when you most likely speak with another operator who can check what has hapened with this issue before. 4. leave your contacts so that they can contact you if there is anything they need to clarify. 5. you also need some good luck.
