如何跟 BELL CANADA 争论长途电话费

我的LOCAL电话是BELL CANADA, 长途是WORLD LINK. 前两个月BELL在我不知道的请况下把我的长途转到BELL. 电话账单一来就是好几百. 因为WORLD LINK 是每分钟三分多钱 (打中国), 而BELL 是三块多, 差不多一百倍的价钱. 我打了很多次电话给他们的CUSTOMER SERVICE, 他们都不给解决. 有一次CUSTOMER SERVICE把电话转给了SERVICE MANAGER, 那个MANAGER叫我把BELL和WORLD LINK 的帐单给FAX过去, 她给解决 (WORLD LINK的人告诉我这样的情况在他们的CUSTOMER中发生的很多, 有的解决了就按WORLD LINK的价钱付). 结果电话账单来了还是那么多钱.

有人建议我发EMAIL给公司领导之类的. 但网上也找不到这类EMAIL. 不知哪位有这方面的经验, 怎么解决的? 请分享一下. 谢谢了.

没办法只要打电话直接找manager,要有耐心,慢慢讲
问题解决后取消长途,用ip电话卡

因为WORLD LINK 是每分钟三分多钱 (打中国), 而BELL 是三块多, 差不多一百倍的价钱.

several things that you need to do:
1. be pateint, call the Bell customer service and ask them to solve the problem. If what you say here is true, there is no way that you should pay the ridiculous rate.
2. when you call the customer service, try to stress the following points: (a) you called several time to solve this issue, but this is not working; (b) if the person who answers your call cannot solve this, you are ready to talk to his/her manager. (c) you will not go away without a fight, and if you are really angary, ask the conversation to tbe recorded. (d) at the end of conversation, ask when and what they will do to solve this, and make sure you have that person's name; indicate you will call again if the matter is still not solved within the time frame you are promised. 3. no matter who you are dealing with on the phone, make sure you take down this person's FULL NAME, and ask for a reference # to indicate that this conversation really happened; this reference # will help you when you call in again when you most likely speak with another operator who can check what has hapened with this issue before. 4. leave your contacts so that they can contact you if there is anything they need to clarify. 5. you also need some good luck.

不注册就是这个价钱, 我打过三分钟, 被charge了9块多.

我现在刚切换到BELL, 给两个月免费, 打到中国8分. 当然还要交2.96的月费
 
想骂就骂...这是对他们最好的办法....

但是别那种不讲理.上来就fxxk那种....你口气生硬,他们就不会要了

I have asked the name and the employee number of the persons who answered the call. But I don't think it is useful, because everytime different person answer the call. They don't care who answered the call before. They may not in the same city. When you call Bell, you don't have the choice of talking to certain person. The system route you to the one not busy.

Once the person who answer the call told that he put the issue on investigation and would call me when they solve it. And they never called.

I also asked for the reference number, but they told me there was no reference number for this kind of issues.

碰到过,坚持ARUGE,后来他们补还了差价

对付BELL这种滥公司,不FIGHT不行

感觉不对呀, 如果BELL要转你的电话, 必须有你的允许并录音才可以的.
你的电话只有在取消服务,自动转回BELL,才会charge你三块钱的, 是不是你自己CANCEL了world link, 也没转到别的电话公司, 或者world link给你CANCEL了呀?

你应该可以问, 你的长途电话什么时间被从world link转出的, 这完全可以查到的.
