你没搞错吧, 三块多一分钟打中国是多少年的老黄历啦. 这太夸张了吧. 看看这个BELL的费用:

我到这儿来是寻求大家帮助的, 还真用不着你这种人同情.

不知你来加拿大多久, 竟然还知道多少年的老黄历. 帐单就在我面前. 我列出其中一条:

Duration (min) 14, Charges 44.66

不知你会不会算数? 合多少钱一分钟?

如果不加入任何计划, 用BELL打中国就是这个价. 如果加入某计划, 价钱就会低. (BELL有时也打电话来叫把长途电话转到他们那, 说他们有一分钟一毛多的计划.) 因为是BELL偷偷地把我的长途转到他们那的, 我根本就不知道, 所以不可能加入什么计划.


以后不了解情况, 别跟这儿瞎吵吵.

----这还得了。以后不能要LOCAL-BELL 了。一动电话就是BELL长途。

你 应该记下他们的名字号码。只找他们的头头。他们在计算机里有记录。慢慢争取吧。

我的LOCAL电话是BELL CANADA, 长途是WORLD LINK. 前两个月BELL在我不知道的请况下把我的长途转到BELL. 电话账单一来就是好几百. 因为WORLD LINK 是每分钟三分多钱 (打中国), 而BELL 是三块多, 差不多一百倍的价钱. 我打了很多次电话给他们的CUSTOMER SERVICE, 他们都不给解决. 有一次CUSTOMER SERVICE把电话转给了SERVICE MANAGER, 那个MANAGER叫我把BELL和WORLD LINK 的帐单给FAX过去, 她给解决 (WORLD LINK的人告诉我这样的情况在他们的CUSTOMER中发生的很多, 有的解决了就按WORLD LINK的价钱付). 结果电话账单来了还是那么多钱.

有人建议我发EMAIL给公司领导之类的. 但网上也找不到这类EMAIL. 不知哪位有这方面的经验, 怎么解决的? 请分享一下. 谢谢了.
你是否搬家了,如果你新上BELL local phone, 长话自动到BELL, WORLD LINK 不会自动转的.
碰到一老太太就是这样.搬了家,当然还是BELL,但长话她以为也没变,打了几次电话(0.14),帐单来了90多.

----这还得了。以后不能要LOCAL-BELL 了。一动电话就是BELL长途。

你 应该记下他们的名字号码。只找他们的头头。他们在计算机里有记录。慢慢争取吧。
如果他说你有申请转到他们公司或他们以电话形式征询过你的意见并得到同意,那他们应该是有记录的...
再度同意上面很多位说的,象这种情况,就只有靠你的耐心了,我的经验就是不断的打电话去,疯狂投诉,并向他们叙述'我已经打过很多次了但仍未能解决,我非常失望和极度不满'这一事实,通常遇到BILL有问题的话,接线生是不能说了算的,他/她会自己提出来说帮你转到MANAGER那里;如果你在跟他的对话当中发现他/她根本没有诚意做到这点而只是在跟你周旋,例如不断跟你解释他们公司的收费标准之类的,你就直接打断他/她说要找MANAGER,否则就找另一个AGENT来说...不论是BELL还是ROGERS都是这样的,一找到机会就吭你,10个人里面遇到两三个不在意钱或没提出异议的,他们也就赚了...

十年前, 打中国的长途是三块多你分钟的... 我知道的加拿大的老黄历肯定多过你..:smokin:

...我今年9月和你遇见一样的事情...BELL把我们本来的长途电话PLAN(另外一个公司的),拉到了BELL自己长途电话PLAN...然后帐单一下子$300左右...后来我直接打电话到BELL 把情况和他们说了,这过程中,他们一直踢皮球...一个个部门转...最后我记得是Billing office然后再谈...最后当然是他们理亏啦..因为完全不是客户要求的....他们自己员工都说,BELL最近经常这么干...然后大概等6还是9星期,他们要从新弄那个帐单..然后就OK了..不过本来那个3块的RATE是不用付的,但是还是要付0.15一分钟还是多少的...具体忘记了...就是BELL自己那个长途的PLAN...因为毕竟确实那个时候我们打了长途电话...即使当时完全不知情...

SO 我现在就用电话卡了.怕了它们了...T_T

How did you reach the billing office?
 
3 points:

1. make sure you are for the accounting or financial department, the problem is on billing

2. find a friend who can speak better English to make the argument (no offense)

3. I heard there is a place that you can pay your bill in person. Call bell to find out and solve the issue in person rather than over the phone.
 
去Bell的网站上面注册你的账号,然后给他们的Billing部门发送邮件也是一种办法,几个来回就可以解决了,自己也有个记录. 我以前就是这么做的.

Bell的确大有问题,即使在打了那个查询长话服务提供商的电话(不记得号码了),确认不是Bell公司的情况下,还被计入Bell公司帐单内.
 
that's why i cut my long distance completely and use phone cards instead, Bell is not good, i had trouble with them all the times.The worst experience i had was they charged me for 3month of phone usage while my phone was never been connected!
 
I've got same problem as you last year.
Take look at your Bell bill, there is a line called “changes”. From there you can see when your long distance call service had been changed. For me I saw the same day my long distance service had been transferred out as the service in. That doesn’t make sense to any one!
My case was:
I was with bell for years, suddenly bell charge me monthly fee for long distance call, and increased the rate. I called Bell for wave the fee and they denied. Then I transferred it to other company. After one week Bell called me for asking me back. I agreed under some conditions. But the next month billing from Bell became to over $300.

I called Bell and pointed out the mistake of Bell. The first two operators didn’t want to correct it. As I called third time, one higher-level operator corrected it. But the second month my bill still stayed high. Some as before I called them, and point out the mistake on the bill. Problem solved.

So take look at your bill. Find their mistakes yourself. Don’t expect those stupid operator can use their brain.

Now my long distance service is still with Bell under a plan for calling China $0.10/min. But I never use it. I dial 1010-925-011-86-… for China. It only cost $0.05/min. And you have this call bill on Bell bill. It’s easy!

I've got same problem as you last year.

Your information is very helpful. But could you please tell me how the problem was solved? Did they waive the fee or you pay the rate of your previous long distance company?
