怎么可以不理？你如果不给钱，邮局不会让你把东西拿走的。有GST PST,还有custom tax好像也是15%,还另有5刀handling fee.

税是肯定要收,根据东西的价值吧,东西越贵,税就高呗.

应该是样品$400以下只收通关费大约$20. 上海关网查一下.$400或$200的免费样品应该是免的.关键看重量.UPS10KG左右不如DUL的小珍宝箱便宜.

you will need to fill in a custom form at the post office. In the form, declear the stuff inside, and put value like $0, $1.00 or some ridiculously low number there and lable it as a gift. I have never had any problems with this. But I was only shipping books CDs (new) and some used personal stuff.
