打电话给Bell billing office：1-877-440-4141,接通后拨2是英语，然后拨1是接billing office。跟他们讨价还价就可以了。我签了一年合同，是24.95刀一个月。
我打电话过去时，问多少钱一个月，她说得比较贵，我就问她可不可以便宜，她说不可以，我说Rogers答应给我24.95刀一个月的，如果你不同意，我就取消bell的，用Rogers的了。她让我等等。等了一会儿之后，她说30刀一个月可不可以，我说24.95不行的话我就取消了，她想了想说让我签一年合同才可以。于是她给我发了一个邮件，里面附有合同，合同上写的是34.95刀一个月，她说他们只有这样的合同式样，实际上只要24.95刀。

你有没有看看单子是否有多收,我也是high speed 1年合同,头3个月29.99,后9个月是34.99,因为我用bell phone service&bell express Vu,后来提议我budle,可以少$5 on hign speed,$5 on bell express Vu,但要等几个月的时间,after 头3个月29.99之后,我每个月都要打电话去更正他们的多收费,他们说原价是$44.95的,后来又说不能同时拥有两种优惠,就是budle后没有减$5,就是$34.99/月,有点气,还有几个月合同结束了,到时再算.
