最初由 raydavid 发布 今天拿到结果了,说要我带2样document去面试,一个是prove ties to your home country的evidence,第二个是intention to return的evidence。
ties to the home country normally refers to realestate properties, spouse or kid and jobs in the home country; If you do not have these, a level lower than this would be bank accounts, credit cards, mortgage or any other financial committment, insurance policies, driver's license in the home country. If you have none of the above, you may want to show how close you are to your family back in China using phone bills ...This is a very tough (and subjective) requirement to satisfy, so go to the interview well prepared. Show the visa officer that you are a good student will certainly help too (I would suggest a copy of your transcript if your marks are good). In fact, I think both questions you have to answer are identical (ties and evidence of your return to home country). Good luck.
