关于TN签证

请教有经验的朋友提供关于TN签证注意事项.
1. 关于雇主信, 是否一定要CONTRACT, 不能是PERMENT 职位.
2. 关于学历证明.从http://travel.state.gov,有如下的规定.
"Degrees, diplomas, or certificates received from an educational institution outside the United States, Canada, or Mexico must be accompanied by an evaluation by a reliable credentials evaluation service specializing in evaluating foreign documentation. "
有谁有经验,如何evaluate,公证?如果是公证,国内的公证行吗?
3.还需要其他文件.

should be OK. If you have a diploma from here would be better. in the letter, better say the term of employment is for a year. You can always renew the visa.

I just got TN-1 visa in Ottawa airport. I have copy material. If you want to see it, I can show you.

I got TN visa too. I am full time job which is permernt job.

Did you need an air ticket to enter the visa office in Ottawa airport? If I don't take airline to go to US, can I still go to Ottawa Airport to obtain the TN-1 visa?

是否position title必须是computer analysis engineer,
如果offer信上写electrical engineer 或 RF engineer 的话，签证有没有麻烦呢？

I feel that applied NT visa in Ottawa is much easier than in Vacouver.
Last time(in May 2005), I went to Seattle. US Costums officer asked me many questions and then gave me B1. This time, in Ottawa, I applied for TN visa again. US Costums officer asked me only one question.
How long have you been working in this company? I told him that I have been working this company for more than five years. Then, he asked me to pay $50 USD.

我没办法，公司给订的票是走多伦多。虽然律师和人事部都说从Ottawa申请比较容易。所以我有点紧张。
