It’s because of Racism. I don’t think I will surprise you when I say Chinese are very racist. Some Chinese look up to the WHITEMAN and look down at the Vietnamese, black and even Chinese themselves.
It RAGES them when a race of lower level can argue with them, or someone of a lower level race is wealthier than them.
I hope all Chinese can learn to be less Racism and trade everybody the same, regardless if they are Black, white or Chinese themselves.
Not to look down at others and not going to be let looked down by another.

Many Chinese in Canada only live in Chinese community or only make friends (or enemies) with other Chinese. That's why.
