Our estimates indicate that 98% of customers do not typically reach the monthly usage limit. However, if you are nearing or have reached the monthly usage allowance and wish to avoid having your service suspended, we recommend regularly checking your usage with the Usage Measurement tool, and reducing your usage patterns so that your consumption falls below 60 GB per month*. Remember that 61,440 Megabytes (60GB) is a very generous limit which is approximately equal to the consumption of a typical customer in an entire year.
Rogers reserves the right to take action regarding all instances where customers surpass the 60 Gigabyte usage limit. Those customers who haven’t received a notification yet, will be receiving one as well.*
* Includes customers in Ontario and New Brunswick. Customers in Newfoundland are not affected until further notice.
