嗯，为了一点小钱，而丢失一片顾客的店家还是有的。

可以complain到mananger哪里。这种情况叫做double tips, 不可以向顾客索要2次小费，如果你付了帐单后，又自愿给小费是你自己的事情。

如果complain，这个服务生会被解雇，问题很严重，餐馆很忌讳这种事情。

但是刷卡的帐单上通常会有tip这栏,不是因为已经给小费了而自动消失的,你可以在上面填写0或者空.如果那个服务生在帐单里面加了小费,然后又特意告诉你请你在信用卡的帐单上再添小费,就是他的错.

如果他只是给你信用卡的帐单,而且没有提醒你给小费,你何必在意信用卡上默认的格式呢?

I had unpleasant experiences with Yangtze Hot Pot too. The ad says "all you can eat", but when you want to order more, the waitress just never showed up - like you never exit. And the service is so slow. You will get the meat and veges when you almost forget you are still hungery. Guess what? The worst part is the gas tanks they gave us. At the beginning they gave us a half-filled gas tank, when it quickly ran out, they gave us another half-filled gas tank that lasted only for around 20 minutes! So the whole all you can eat thing is just a sham....

Some Chinese customers are way too demanding. I saw the way waitress/waiter been treated in China, that’s totally un-acceptable in Canada. Give them some slack, I’m sure the only reason they added the 10% is because some of the customer go eat hot pot didn’t leave tips.

Although tips are optional, but waiters and waitress make their living base on tips, they are only making $5/hour or so base salary, way below the minimum wage, so unless the service is extremely bad, do tip, regardless it’s Chinese restaurant or any other restaurant.

I usually leave another 5% after the 10% service charges when I go there.

如果用信用卡付帐，有没有小费栏是由打钱的那个人控制的，如果在输入钱时不加某个按键，出来就没小费栏。
所以这的确是double tips
