住HOUSE的一般都有这个问题,不仅仅是BASEMENT有,但BASEMENT可能会是最严重的,尤其比较老的房子,连楼上走路都是交响乐...

潮湿的话也要看房子的年份,越老的房子越容易潮湿,至于废气应该问题不大

以前有2个同学住在一间公司的地下室，还可以，就是不见光，声音白天凑合，晚上人家下班了，就没有什么声音了。

doesn't matter to me, i perfer basement because in summer, you dont need airconditioning. in winter, basement is the warmest place.

比较阴暗，虽然有灯光，怎么也比不了天然的光线。
有些房子的地下室比较好，装好天花板，中间还有隔音层，有的就没有。没有隔音层的会很吵。
