两室一厅位于170 Lees Ave. 距离渥太华大学仅几分钟之遥（步行）， 门口就有免费校车可以直接到卡尔顿大学。距离公共汽车站也非常近。两间超大卧室，配有大壁橱。厅也很大。包水电暖，local 电话， 高速上网，有线电视。屋内家具家电（电视，吸尘器）一应俱全。厅内不住人。prefer female。
