I dunt think she can return the clothes to Ottawa HR if she didn't get it at Holt renfrew.You can only return the stuff bought at Holt Renfrew no matter which HR store across the country. You can also try to call the Montreal Fcuk store to see if u can mail the item to them and whenever they receive it they might credit the money to you. It always work when u buy any stuff online by using the credit card. But I simply doubt how they refund the money to you if u just buy the stuff there . Before u make the call to them what you have to do is just simply look at the back of the receipt to see if u meet the conditions regarding the return policy. I always return the stuff if i dunt really like it after i try out several times at home but u have to keep the tag on the clothes and accompanied with the receipt so they dunt have the excuse to keep your money. But most sale items are not applicable for refund and some small fashion stores not even allow you to return any item.
