提醒：邮票涨价，狗年生肖票发行

1月16日开始，寄信邮票涨价，国内平信涨至0.51$,寄美国涨到$0.89,寄国际涨到1.49$。

另外，加拿大邮局发行的狗年生肖票已经上市，国内和国际两种版本，很可爱，如去邮局别忘了专门要求，上面印有咱们中国的文字哦
