Maybe you put too much in the feeding slot. Follow the User Guide.

no, i didn't, it stopped working while there was still some paper in, so i put more, but it still didn't work, then i tried different volumes of paper, all didn't work, what i should do???!!! i just bought it for 1 year!

sensor is broken. Mostly can't fix (not worth)
Find a working feeding tray or throw to garbage.

Reinstall the driver.
Reset your computer
Turn-off and turn-on the printer

thanks 各位楼上！发现了最新情况，不是打印机的问题，好像是文件的问题，因为每当我要打一个文件的时候，打印机就会提示没纸了，可是等我重新开关机之后，打别的文件就没有问题。还会有这样的文件，有这样的魔力？！可是我需要打这个文件，该怎么办，有什么设置可以改吗？

估计这个文件自己设置的纸张类型和打印机的纸张类型不一样
所以打印机找不到文件要求的纸张
只要重新设一下就能好吧
比如word中的页面设置中有“纸型“
