Because I miss T&T Supermarket (大统华) in TO too much... I am thinking of forming a "T&T shopping club."

(1) We place order directly to T&T via phone or FAX. They have online flyer and some of us have past receipt from them with favourite items' names. We have them pack it for us nicely. (Confirmed this is possible)
(2) We pay a truck driver (100-200 CND) to pick up food. The car has to come with a fridge. And he/she has to be T&T and return to Ottawa the same day ON TIME. The drive will have to be a pro and reliable (insurance, police checked and others)
(3) We share the cost depends on the value of the order with a pre-set minimum spending (like $40 worth of goods)...
(4) The food will be ready for pick up at certain location in the city. TBD
(5) All order needs to be pre-paid 50% and there will be a storage fee of 1%/day, if not picked up on time.

Feedback please and let me know... who wants to sign up... or any body want to earn that $100-200 transporation fee for a 9 hr driving job?

大统华 is the best. There are a few grocery stores in Ottawa Chinatown that are simply filthy. I feel like throwing up just passing by their doors.

NOT SURPRISING AT ALL. THEY DO NOT SEE BIG BUCKS IN THIS DEAL. DIFFIRENT LOCATION HAS DIFFERENT ECONOMICAL CULTURE.
