找律师.不但浪费钱,还让移民官怀疑....真实的.你怕谁来着....申请护照,注册,体检,填表.在加国递表,资料齐全,三个月后,你就可以坐上飞机了.

这个说的不对.我就听到和见到真的结婚的夫妇就因为觉得自己是真的,什么都不怕,最终被拒,搞到很复杂.不过找律师也要找有名气的,好一点的,否则还不如自己来办.

To get married, you need to go to city hall to apply for a marriage license first. You can make an appointment with them about the wedding ceremony that time. Then it is the wedding ceremony. I wonder where is faster for the family sponsorship immigration. Since both the husband and wife are living together in Canada, can we still take the advantage of the faster oversea application? I mean will the officer put our cases in priority?

人在境内，提交境外这样不算欺骗吗？如果被差出来撒慌会不会取消资格或者造成影响呀？

移民申请可以在你的长住国递交, 也可以在你的公民身份所在国递交. 如果你现在长期住在加拿大就可以在加拿大递交(指结婚类), 或者可以在中国交(如果你是中国公民). 如果碰巧你还有美国绿卡和新加坡绿卡, 你又多两个可以递交的地方. 这不是欺骗, 是法律允许的. 放心.
