there is no tactics at all since private server invaded lineage2 community.
pls think about those never-been-retail-players, bench-warmer aint that fun for most of us.

well, i have to remind u that if u decide to reduce the landing rate, pls consider the other issues like mage's super power spell eg. elemental symphony, blizzard. these spells can not be casted by only one person on public server, but in here we can use it so easily at any time. so if the landing rate is reduced but those mage's spells still there...causes unbalance最初由 陪你去看龙卷风 发布
btw, our test server is temporary down due to m**** issue, should be up once we get the new server.
so for now, I can reduce the landing rate, however i am not able to run a fully test on it

i know it's difficult to do every little change

its no easy to change those every-little-thing at all.
seems mostly those mage spells require new hex, aka assembly language
lineage2 doesnt like other games, we dont have the source code to work on. most works are done by assembly language.
what i can do is change the upbound of the energy stone, do some modification on those seed_of_xxxx skills
coz right now those spells do consume two seeds upon casting it.
