Hi,

We have a new baby, born in Jan,2006. To apply birth certificate and passport would take a long time. But we have an emergency and need to go back to china with the baby.

Does any one know how to do that quickly?

Are you of Canadian citizenships? By the way, it is not good for an infant to fly. Ask your doctor about it.

get a travel document from the city hall and apply a passport at the passport office, if you pay a bit extra, you will get it in a couple days.
