Go to Control Panel -- Regional and Language Options -- Language -- Chosen "Install files for East Asia Languages", then adding Chinese in Details Option.

我理解Merci是不是需要中文输入法的软件阿。。
当然先可以用XP自带的，如果觉得不好，你喜欢用什么的告诉我，来这里以前我收集了很多。。。包你满意。

XP本来就是双字节的系统，所以本来就支持中文的，你不要急。

But my computer still doesn't work. I know that is my problem, because I am not good on the computer.

After the processing, do you find the language bar or icon shown "EN" or "CH" in you computer taskbar?
