tuesday actually is good day , form 5:30 to 7:30 nepean sportsplex is open swimming time, they have a big hot tub there.

Is it free for the swimming pool?

也试过几家泰国菜馆,颇有同感, 不敢再试了.

自助餐, 大家尽管放开吃, 我想, 五月天气暖和了, 咱们在公园聚会, 跑跑步, 减减肥

There's a newer Cambodian / Thai restaurant on Hazeldean close to the MacDonald there. Maybe you can try out. Their dinner is 15% off now. I liked their Cambodian food when I was in Kingston, and now they have a bigger restaurant in Ottawa.
